We are a diverse and interdisciplinary research group addressing timely basic science and clinical questions. Our approach combines clinical, psychological and neuroscientific expertise with cutting-edge technology.
The team spirit is very important to us. We believe that motivation and success are built on the foundations of individual encouragement, a sense of humor and respectful communication. Positive mood is essential for our team's sense of responsibility and resilience, and we believe it is the heart of a "can-do" attitude.
We are well integrated in local, regional, national and international research networks. We are highly committed to mentoring and training on all career levels. We are actively involved in the Elite Master Programs in Neuroengineering and Biomedical Neuroscience of the TUM. PhD candidates can apply for membership in the PhD Program Medical Life Science and Technology of the TUM and the Graduate School of Systemic Neurosciences of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.
